If you have a question, please message us on the chat feature. You may need to login to Facebook messenger for the chat feature. We've noticed that Guest mode messages do not always receive the reply, even when made immediately. If you are signed in, it works every time. Thank you for your support of our small cooperative business! You can also call Shishona at 208-596-9647. :)
Non-Contiguous US - Washington and Pennsylvania locations have a stash of USPS Flat Rate Large Game Board boxes tucked away for your use. Most of the boards fit these boxes so you shouldn't have to pay $100 to ship 3 boards to you. Please message us to arrange shipping as the website isn't programmed for flat rate options.
Contiguous US Clients - USPS and UPS are an option for shipping. UPS is often the cheapest option for the heavy items such as boards. However, if you select USPS Priority, First Class, or Ground and we can fit it into a USPS flat rate box for cheaper, then we will use that option. Regardless of the method of shipping you choose, if the website charges you more than what it actually costs us to ship your items, we refund the difference back to you.

Sourced direct from factory, these boards are a product of India.
Did you know that as wood logs dry, the bark also dries, shrinks, and falls off the log? This is the case with acacia and many other bushes and trees. So, to make the bark on look, the factory has to glue and nail bark onto the logs, then they cut the boards and finish them. As a result of this process, the boards with bark can show nail nubs or short pieces. The short pieces can be pulled out with a pair of pliers. The nubs do not impact the function of the board and most people won't notice them. These boards have been screened and misfits pulled out, for the most part. There shouldn't be a lot of nails or glue showing. There may still be small wood filler patches.

Laser machine engrave settings vary by machine and style preference. For the Glowforge: I prefer 1000 speed, full power, 270 or 340 LPI depending on the file. You do need to remove the crumb tray.
